Although the main focus of our work will be your wedding music, we are also on hand to perform additional functions such as calling people for the photographer, making introductions for the happy couple and their families if they have a receiving line, calling on the those who are to make those all important speeches and any other additional role that you would like us to fulfil.
With more and more weddings taking place in public venues (and somewhat unusual locations!) we are aware of just how important it is to be flexible and our experience and imagination enables us to respond to any challenge that your venue may involve.

Wedding / MC PA sound and light hire

Discrete PA Systems
Small, discretely placed speakers to allow your choice of music to be played during the ceremony in a church or any other venue. Also allows for microphones to be used if required, ensuring everyone hears the entire ceremony.
Lapel Mics for ceremony
These small, clip on mics are extremely discrete. Instead of having a hand-held microphone during your wedding ceremony, these can be used to allow every “Do you?” and “I do!” to be clearly captured and sent to the P.A. system
Cordless Mic for Speeches
One of the most popular options. A handheld wireless microphone can be passed from person to person, allowing each speech to be clearly heard by everyone.
Speech Recording – Includes a CD copy for Bride & Groom
Having the speeches recorded means you get to listen again to those wonderful, heart-felt moments from your special day. Those speeches are then edited (if necessary) and burned to CD for you to keep.
Up-lighting / Mood lighting
Sometimes called “Mood Lighting”, this option is for small, coloured lighting pods to be positioned around the inside of your venue. Typically illuminating alcoves and pillars or marquee drapes with the colour (or colours) of your choice, this can completely transform a venue. The lighting can also be switched to a dynamic, sound-reactive mode later in the evening, giving a more exciting atmosphere
Illuminated Dancefloors
Your choice of black or white floor, with twinkling or static lighting.
Name in Lights (projected names of Bride & Groom)
Another very popular option – your name or initials together with the date of your wedding and some hearts or other designs (you choose from the catalogue) projected either onto the dancefloor or a wall of your choice inside the venue.
Hosting / Master of Ceremonies
If you need someone to make the announcements throughout the day including receiving lines, introductions of the wedding party. Calls for the right people to go for photographs, information, or anything else you can think of – then this is the add-on for you.
